What I am against is narrowing and defining people into demographics; it's like turning them into cows. It's dehumanizing, and to reduce a political concept into a consumption lifestyle just rubs me the wrong way. Apparently I must be totally wrong, but as someone who came out of the old school of punk and saw it grow from the bottom up, these kinds of companies just seem totally contrary to the whole concept. Sorry, but that's just my gut feeling. I'm tired of thought processes being packaged. I’m not against advertising and punk always used ads in its publications.
